4 years have passed. The Peter Tan Organi (PTO®) now and the past are totally different! That’s because, we have been changing and changing to improve our image, sales ideas and environment! Now, i have really realized that I am in the right insurance organisation!
Hmm.... seriously many people ask me why I join this career. As I would need to be very open up and talk to many people, which I don't belong to this category! Well, I actually told them that I was just giving it a try as I don't know what career path I am heading to actually. Therefore I have been trying for 4 years. Haha. But seriously I really need to ask my mentor who brought me in. “Why did you bring me in?” Is it because you can see the potential in me?? Haha. Well, kind of thick skin right? Different from most advisers, I belong to those who started off quite slow. Therefore, i really like to thanks my mentor who had been spending her time to coach me during my initial start up.
However, my main reason for joining Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®) is because I feel Peter Tan is a good leader. I am sure he will do his best for our Organisation to make sure that all of us succeed, if we don't give up! With this, i feel more committed into this career.
During this 4 years with Peter Tan Organisation (PTO®), I have really enjoy the companions of my colleagues as well as the managers. As we are given a lot of chances to mix with different advisers as we changes group every 6 months or 1 year.
Currently, I belong to a group which is mostly managing on our own self. This is very challenging as the groups no longer do street prospect or road show. So we have to do more telemarketing.
If you were to ask me, why did i choose to stay in this career? I will tell u, that’s because I have a very good Manger, Darren as well as a good Organisation! Visit me @ petertan.com.sg
